Caring Matters Bulletin
We produce a monthly bulletin for health and social care professionals who want to keep up to date with our work and find out about local services that may be of help to carers. Identifying Carers
You may be routinely identifying carers in the course of your work and referring them to Bolton Carers Support. If so, many thanks for your help – carers often tell us they only found out about us after some years caring and wish they’d known about us sooner. As we are a small team, we do rely heavily on health and social care professionals spreading the word about our service. We do as much outreach work as we can but it is a constant challenge to identify carers and anything you can do to help us is greatly appreciated.

Posters - Downloads
You may have identified some space where one of our posters can be displayed. If so – please click on the downloads link above and download a poster or a leaflet explaining more about our service. If you prefer you can contact us and we will send you a laminated poster / posters. Simply call us on 01204 363056 and ask for Bev Strang, Information Officer.

Referral Form - Downloads
Our referral form has recently been updated – please use this form (dated May 2013) to refer any new carers to us. Please visit our downloads area to download our current referral form
