“Experience has told us that engaging and addressing the wellbeing and core skills of our young people will provide them with a better chance to gain employment, a chance to learn and develop new skills, and a chance of a better future!”

Lying at the heart of our work is our ability to provide environments where our young people feel safe and connected, giving them reassurances to create solutions that will support them onto employment, education or training.

Each young person is allocated a dedicated key worker, who manages the relationship and
considers the person’s strengths as well as needs, in order to connect them with the skills to navigate the challenges of today’s training and working life.

Talent match is flexible in its approach making us accessible at times outside traditional business hours and either in the young person’s home or community.

We employ capacity-building tactics to develop self-awareness, identify aspirations and build on young people’s strengths, so they can develop their own successful career path.
