By making a donation to Child Action Northwest you will be helping us to improve the lives of children and young people and make a real difference to the quality of their lives. Our Promise   For every pound the charity gets directly from the public a pound goes directly to helping transform the lives of children and young people living with poverty across the Northwest. In order to operate itself in an effective and professional way Child Action Northwest incurs necessary significant costs. Raising funds, making grants and organisational overheads cost real money. Despite these costs, Child Action Northwest is still able to promise that for every pound the charity gets directly from public donations, a pound goes to directly delivering real services that help transform the lives of the children and young people that we support. If we raise £500 from an event or donation, Child Action Northwest will spend at least £500 doing just that, transforming lives. It can make this promise because its operating budget is covered in cash or in kind from all types of supporters like corporate sponsors, suppliers, generous individuals and delivery contracts (including Gift Aid) as well as from investment income and interest.
